Desert Fox

Black Lace Voodoo Dress- Scarlett/ Round circle shades- Popkiller/ LoveIt- Jewelry/  Hellbound- Unif/ Safety Platforms-Jeffrey Campbell

Some photos from Wednesday's shoot with the amazing Ian Padilla! If you havent noticed by now I always run to Hollywood for my city night out with friends. Decided to go to our favorite spot that over looks LA and the closest you can get to the Hollywood sign! Had fun playing around with our cameras with "The Crew" Robert, Kaleena, Ian, and Brittany! Sorry for the lack of color in my recent post , but you can go wrong with a bell-sleeved, lace, sweetheart neckline dress. Purchased this Voodoo goodness at my work (Buffalo Exchange) for bargain deal of $12!:) Thank you Ian and Robert for your amazing skills! Stay Tube for more looks soon!

Trend Report: Crystal Clear

Wheres your glass slipper? I found mine! Totally obsessing over the see-through heel look which is at the top of whats currently trending list! Its like your walking on air. A total optical illusion, this transparent look is an easy everyday heel. Definitely see this style in next seasons forecast. Cant wait to wear my own pair of glass slippers!:)

Paint It Black

Concho Hat- Urban Outfitters/ Black Mesh Dress- Thrift/ Two- Piece swim suit- J. Crew/ LoveIt Jewelry/ Hellbound- UNIF

While the temperature rises I like to keep it cool in mesh and bare skin. Walking around in a bathing suit and a loose free dress is one of the most comfortable assembles ever. Feeling like a true carefree Spaniard in this concho hat paired with my highest of elevated heels:) Also wearing my new found favorites I purchased all for under $20. Guilt free fashion has never felt so good!

Vintage Sequins Beaded Kimono- Buffalo Exchange (Courtesy of Robert Sugden

Couldn't help but to shoot this amazing vintage kimono Robert owns. Hand beaded, this thrift find is defiantly a one-of-a kind steal! Must say wearing it made me feel like I had the weight of gold on my shoulders. If you ever spot me at a so cal beach you might see me wearing this beauty:)

Happy Summer Blogging!- Maritza M.

My Dearest Allie

Pearl collar chiffon blouse- Vintage/ Metallic side split skirt- Thrifted/ Cream floppy day hat- Buffalo Exchange/ Vintage coin bracelet- LoveIt Jewelry/ Vintage leather brief case- Buffalo Exchange/ Two tone nude platforms- Qupid
Photographer- Zack Dinh

Here's some shots from Thrusday's photo shoot with amazing photographer Zack Dinh! Was so excited to work with him again and create a new setting to shoot in. Funny that I put this ensemble together in a rush and it actually turned out exactly like my vision. I've always wanted to resemble my all time favorite movie character "Allie" from the "The Notebook". I can never get over her perfect classic style of a young women from the 1940's. And that was the first thing I though of when I saw these photos! So here's my homage and my modern version of Allie:) Thank you Zack for your amazing skill! Stay Tune for more looks soon:)

Summer Romantic

White Lace shoulder dress- Velvet Heart/ Headpiece- LoveIt Jewelry/ Vintage beaded clutch/ Red platform heels- Kimchi Blue

As you may already tell, when it comes to wearing my softer pieces I like to keep the mood as simple and elegant as possible. I cant help it I'm a Hopeless Romantic when it comes to anything shoulder less and lace.  Kind of over obsessing with headpieces this year but not just any of course they must be LoveIt. Whats unique about this in particular headpiece though is that it can also be worn as a necklace! Pretty creative I must say Tracie:) This whole outfit (minus the headpiece) was Buffalo Exchange findings all under $20. Still keeping it thrifty.Happy Summer Blogging!:)
